9:00-10:15     How to Fix Leaky Chimneys - Stuart Karanovich

chimneys, from the top crown or wash to the flashing and everything in between.  Most sweeps really

fail to understand how much money can be made by offering these much needed services.  This class

will change this perspective and is a must for all sweeps!

All sweeps need an understanding of home inspections as per the NFPA 211.  This class offers an

overview of all 3 Levels of inspections, but will major on Level 2 inspections.  Did you know that if you

reline a chimney you are required to perform a Level 2 inspection?  What does a Level 2 inspection

entail and when should one be performed?  These are some of the issues covered in this class.

Time             Track 2

9:00-10:15       How Tracking & Follow Up Improve your Results - Taylor Hill
Sweeps leave so much work/$$$ on the table.  The estimate was written, given to the customer, and

the job left hanging in the air, never to be done.  It is time for a change, and why not!  If you could

increase your bottom line by 1/3 or more, by a couple of simple tools - the question is why aren't

you?   This class is designed to increase your bottom line by simple tools we can all do.

your market instead!  One of the most common things overheard by those attending one of Dale's                                                             classes is the following:  "I am amazed by how much I learned!"
Dale will not only help you learn about monopolizing, but will also help you put into practice the things                                                       you are learning!
